3. We send a short scoping list so we can confirm exactly what the work covers.
4. We send a written scope with a fixed fee — the outputs, the delivery date, the exclusions and the limits of the available evidence.
5. You approve it, we invoice, and the fee is fixed for the agreed scope. Nothing is charged and no work begins before you approve.
6. We deliver on the agreed date.
