It does not claim to prove product-market fit.

Primary Validation Sprint

Interviews, surveys, participant recruitment, prototype testing or other primary research are not included in the minimum desk-screen scope. They may be considered only when the target participants, recruitment method, cost, consent and delivery feasibility have been separately confirmed and quoted.

Important boundary

Desk research can reduce uncertainty but cannot by itself prove demand, willingness to pay or product-market fit. Arceon states which conclusions are supported by secondary evidence and which require direct customer validation.
