These terms govern your use of this website and of any commercial research we agree to provide to you.

Purpose of Arceon

Arceon provides commercial research and intelligence services. We investigate commercial questions — markets, competitors, opportunities, and product or market-entry decisions — and deliver findings, analysis, evidence quality, limitations and recommendations to support a specific business decision. We work with businesses, entrepreneurs and teams, and we undertake projects internationally subject to scope and reliable data availability.

Research, not advice

Our work is commercial research and analysis. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting or regulated professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it.

Our research is prepared for the specific question, scope and context agreed with you. It is not intended for use by anyone else or for any other purpose, and we accept no responsibility to third parties who rely on it.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise that any finding or recommendation will produce revenue, profit, growth, traffic or any particular commercial result. Research reduces uncertainty; it cannot eliminate it. Our conclusions are based on the evidence available at the time, and we state the limits of that evidence.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for the commercial decisions you take. Our research supports your judgement; it does not replace it. You should consider your own circumstances, resources, obligations and risk tolerance before acting.

Client information and confidentiality

We treat information you provide for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver that project and to invoice for it, except where disclosure is required by law. We will not share your identity or your project details publicly without your written permission.

Content and intellectual property

The content, frameworks and presentation of this website are owned by ARCEON (PTY) LTD or used with permission. You may read our pages and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, resell or present our website content as your own. Deliverables we produce for a client are governed by the project agreement, not by this section.

Fees, payment and refunds

The question, coverage, outputs, evidence limitations, exclusions, fee and delivery date are confirmed in writing for each project, and work begins only after you approve that confirmation. Fees, payment terms and refunds are governed by the agreed project confirmation and by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or extracting its content at scale by automated means.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of this website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
