Beginner note: A Decision Asset is a structured business-model evaluation. It helps you decide what to test before you spend serious time, money, or momentum building.

Business Model Decision Router

Answer six decision questions. Arceon will suggest the best starting Business Model ADA, explain the tradeoffs, and point you to the validation journey. Optional clarifiers appear only when your answers create a contradiction risk.

1. What are you mainly trying to build? A useful information, comparison, directory, or database resource people return to. A trusted content or research platform built to be found through search or evergreen discovery. A direct, trusted audience relationship people follow over time. A product people can buy once, such as a template, ebook, course, toolkit, or guide. A software tool or workflow product people pay for repeatedly. I am not sure yet.

2. What do you already have or most enjoy creating? Structured data, lists, comparisons, research notes, or curated resources. Writing, teaching, explaining, publishing, SEO, or long-form research. Audience trust, direct communication, community, newsletters, podcasts, or creator-led publishing. A clear method, template, curriculum, workbook, or repeatable solution. Technical skills, access to developers, or a specific software workflow problem. None of these yet.

3. How comfortable are you with technical building? Low — I prefer no-code, simple websites, or managed tools. Medium — I can use WordPress, no-code tools, automations, or hire carefully. High — I can build software or manage technical product development.

4. How much can you responsibly invest before validation? Very little — I need a low-cost path. Some — I can pay for basic tools, research, and testing. Moderate — I can invest in software, contractors, design, ads, or data if evidence supports it. Significant — I can fund a serious build, but still want validation first.

5. When do you need meaningful proof or revenue? As soon as possible — I need a shorter path to first validation or first sale. Within a few months — I can build carefully but need visible progress. 12–24 months — I am comfortable compounding slowly if the asset is worth it. Long term — I want durable IP or infrastructure over years.

6. How much complexity are you willing to manage? Low — simple systems, few moving parts. Medium — I can manage content, tools, updates, and basic operations. High — I can handle product development, support, subscriptions, security, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
